Lukasz has been a chef for the last 14 years, constantly challenging himself in is catering career. From the hectic pace of banqueting at the Hilton, catering for up to 2000 people to the precise and intricate catering used at the Fine Dining Restaurant in East Sussex which he ran and was awarded 2 AA Rosettes for his excellent dishes.
Bethan trained in Hospitality & Catering at Oxford Brookes University and has enjoyed working within the industry for the last 5 years. Together they decided to relocate to France to learn more, challenge themselves and build a business based around the different aspects of food, dining and service that they believe to be essential in the enjoyment of a truly wonderful dining experience.
